As much as I said I was never going to post these fits ever again, as I have posted them about 100 times in the past few months... And I debate helping people that do not search the forums...
Ishtar if you are in 0.0 with either of these 2 fits, both can warp in at range and solo sanctums. You really need Sentry II's if you want to make good money. I can make upwards of 65 mill an hour in a system with a good military index. If you do not have sentry II's train it and use a dual lar domi build untill you can use the Sentry II's.
I prefer the first build warp in at 70km and things just start to go boom, while you orbit the drones. The second build gives up some range but has a slightly better tank but less range but gives you some options. IMHO warping in at range makesfor faster completions times as you one shot everything under a BC/Elite cruiser. BC's take 3 shots and elite cruisers are problematical for Sentry II boats, either the Ish or the DOmi. They need to be killed at range. Use Wardens for targets over 40km and guards for 15-40km, Hammerhead II's or WarriorII's for frigs that get in under 15km. You can run Hobgoblins, but in 0.0 I rather have the warrior II's. Keep in mind both fits require hac4 to fit the drones.

It's stable with the recharger and repper, why fit a battery and go unstable?

Well the ishtar and the Domi both can... just sayin... Otherwise a Hype can tank a sanctum or Haven, it argueably has the best theoretical Active tank of all the Gallante BS's... but the dps is going to be gimped.
